3 ounces Sauvignon Blanc (Goska's recommends Woodbridge Sauvignon Blanc)
1 ounce Prosecco (Goska's recommends Terrazo Prosecco)
1/2 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
1/2 ounce Green Chartreuse
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
2 dashes of orange bitters
6 to 8 fresh sage leaves, plus one sprig
directions
Fill a wine glass and set aside.
Vigorously shake Sauvignon Blanc, liqueurs, lemon juice, bitters and sage leaves with ice for 20 seconds. Strain into the glass and top with Prosecco. Smack the sage sprig to release aromas and garnish the cocktail.

2/3 ounce orange liqueur (Goska's recommends Cointreau)
2/3 ounce dark rum (Goska's recommends Cruzan Black Strap Rum)
2/3 ounce white rum (Goska's recommends Myers's Platinum Rum)
1/3 ounce Amaretto (Goska's recommends Disaronno)
2/3 ounce fresh lemon juice
dash of fresh lime juice
splash of grenadine
pineapple juice
directions Fill shaker glass with ice and all ingredients except pineapple juice. Shake and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top with pineapple juice and garnish with fresh pineapple slice.
