Sake Green Tea Martini with Crushed Peppercorns As adapted from thenibble.com
ingredients
(makes 2 drinks)
- Peppercorn mix (black, green and pink peppercorns)
- 1 1/2 ounces dry sake
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka (Goska's recommends Absolut Wild Tea Vodka)
- 1/2 ounce green tea liqueur (Goska's recommends Zen Green Tea Liqueur)

directions Place peppercorns in a resealable plastic bag and pound with mallet until coarsely cracked. Pour onto a small plate. Wet the outside rims of martini glasses with water and dip into peppercorns to lightly coat. Fill shaker 2/3 with ice and add sake, vodka and green tea liqueur; shake and strain into martinin glasses. Garnish with thin slice of cucumber.
Rosemary's Fuzz As adapted from thenibble.com
ingredients
- 2 lemon wedges
- 1 fresh rosemary sprig
- 4 fresh peeled peach slices
- 1/2 Tbs agave syrup
- 2 ounces white rum (Goska's recommends 10 Cane)
- ice
- splash of club soda
directions Place lemon wedges, rosemary and peach slices into a shaker cup and muddle into a pulp. Add ice, agave syrup and rum; place top onto shaker and shake vigorously; pour into a tall glass. Top with splash of soda.
