Forbidden Sour adapted from Eben Freeman/Market Watch

1 ounce Pama Pomegranate Liqueur
1 ounce Evan Williams Single Barrel Bourbon
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
Orange wheel
directions
Fill rocks glass with ice and set aside. Combine all ingredients except orange wheel in a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into the rocks glass and garnish with orange wheel.
Charantes Shrub adapted from Imbibe Magazine

1 1/2 ounces Jefferson's Straight Rye Whiskey
3/4 ounce Earl Grey-infused Pineau des Charentes(Pineau des Charentes is a French aperitif)
1/2 ounce rosemary-pineapple shrub
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
2 dashes orange bitters
2 ounces Yard's Tavern Ale
Pineapple slice and rosemary sprig
Directions
Add all ingredients into shaker except Ale. Add ice and shake. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass, top with Ale and garnish with pineapple slice and rosemary sprig.
*Tea infused Pineau des Charentes
Soak 1 Earl Grey teabag in half a 750ml bottle of Pineau for 1 1/2 hours.
*Rosemary-Pineapple Shrub
Slice a small pineapple, place in a jar and cover with cider vinegar. Infuse for 4 days, shaking once a day. Filter through cheesecloth and bring 6 ounces of pineapple vinegar to a boil with 5 ounces of superfine sugar. When sugar disolves, skim off top layer and add 1 sprig of fresh rosemary. Boil for 10 minutes, remove from heat, filter and cool before bottling.
